Return Policy
Due to the custom, on-demand nature of our products, we only accept returns for damaged or defective items. You must submit your request for return to Affirm Life Daily within 14 business days of receiving your order. You can use the online form on our website or email us directly at affirmlifedaily@gmail.com. Returns must be approved prior to shipping back your products. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns shipped back to our manufacturer without our prior approval, will not receive any monetary refund from Affirm Life Daily. For approved returns, the customer must follow the return instructions for their return to be processed. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Only claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. We do not cover any lost package claims to P.O. Boxes or because of a customer error when entering a shipping address. Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our manufacturer and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. 


We offer no expressed or implied warranty on any products. We, unfortunately, cannot guarantee that the colors and details in our website images are 100% accurate representations of a product and sizes might in some cases be approximate.

Terms of Use

Use of our website is free for any age. All purchases are voluntary. Abusive or harassing language will not be tolerated on our site or social media. We are a limited liability corporation and all disputes will be negotiated personally or through arbitration.  Certain orders or accounts, at our sole discretion, can be canceled if the products ordered have incorrect prices due to various errors or a user is violating our policies. Contact us with any specific questions on terms of use.

Shipping Policy
Once you've placed an order, you will no longer be able to edit the order details or cancel it. If you have an issue with the shipment of your order, contact us within 14 days of the delivery or estimated delivery date. In some cases, you may need to reach out to the shipping carrier directly.


Once you have confirmed your order, it might not be possible to edit or cancel it. If you want to change some parameters, customer addresses, etc., please check whether such an option is available in your account. We are not bound to make such modifications to your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis.


The risk of loss or damage to any products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. It shall be your responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the product was delivered. In such case, Affirm Life Daily will not make any refunds and will not resend the product.


You will receive an estimate of your shipping timeframe at checkout. The average shipping time is 7-14 business days. This does not include any production and processing times.  Please expect delayed shipping times during the holidays. We can't provide guaranteed delivery dates and do not offer compensation for late or slow deliveries.
