I will not accept that type of dysfunction from others or from myself.

I allow real love to flow freely while maintaining healthy relationship boundaries.

I will recognize that love is the very essence of healthy living, appreciation, freedom and acceptance.

Today I will fall in love with myself and life itself.

I recognize that I am Life.

I realize that I am LOVE.
